Company Overview:
Loaders/Unloaders work on the front lines of processing center loading docks, physically moving mail hampers, parcel crates, and freight pallets into and out of commercial transport trailers.
Role and Responsibilities:
In this hands-on, physically active role, you focus on loading outgoing trucks efficiently and unloading incoming transport vehicles swiftly.

• Load outgoing transport trailers securely, maximizing container space and weight balance
• Move heavy rolling mail hampers and carts across loading dock floors safely
• Inspect incoming containers for damage and verify trailer numbers against dock logs
• Operate manual pallet jacks and rolling equipment following strict dock safety rules
• Keep loading dock bays, ramps, and staging areas clear of clutter and hazards
Core Competencies and Required Expertise:
• Physical capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items weighing up to 70 pounds repeatedly
• Stamina to stand, walk, push, and pull continuously throughout a full shift
• High commitment to dock safety guidelines and safe lifting techniques
• Reliability and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in loading dock work, physical labor, warehouse loading, or freight handling
• Familiarity with loading dock equipment and manual material handling tools
