Position Details for Loader / Unloader:
Now Hiring Loader / Unloader - Competitive pay with shift differentials. Overtime required based on business needs.
Role Purpose:
As a Loader / Unloader, you will play a key role in the warehouse by efficiently loading and unloading shipments to keep the supply chain moving smoothly. You’ll collaborate with team members to ensure products are handled with care and shipped accurately and on time.
Key Accountabilities for Loader / Unloader:
• Efficiently load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate placement and handling of products.
• Verify shipment counts and inspect for accuracy, reporting any discrepancies.
• Work closely with team members to maintain a smooth flow of goods in the warehouse.
• Use various equipment, as necessary, to facilitate the safe and efficient movement of products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of loading and unloading activities.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
Required Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and handling heavy items.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
