Loader/Unloader

Job Overview Mink Contracting Services LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader/Unloader to assist with daily material handling, loading, unloading, and general operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows safety procedures, and can stay organized in a busy work environment. Responsibilities Load and unload materials, supplies, equipment, and packages Move items safely between delivery, storage, and staging areas Assist with receiving incoming deliveries Organize materials in designated locations Prepare materials and supplies for scheduled jobs or deliveries Check shipments for visible damage and quantity discrepancies Verify labels, delivery information, and basic shipment details Stage materials for pickup, delivery, or field use Use hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and other basic equipment as appropriate Keep loading and storage areas clean and organized Assist with inventory organization and material counts Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered items Follow company safety procedures and proper lifting techniques Work with operations and field teams to complete daily assignments Perform other general labor and material-handling duties as needed Requirements Previous warehouse or loading experience is not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Ability to safely lift and move materials and packages Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Good attention to safety and detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures Positive and professional attitude About the Position The Loader/Unloader helps ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are received, organized, and moved safely and efficiently. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to gain experience in material handling, logistics, receiving, and daily operations.
