Loader/Unloader

Job Overview 4th Way Fulfillment LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Loader/Unloader to assist with daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can stay organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in handling products safely and accurately. The Loader/Unloader will assist with loading and unloading shipments, moving products between designated areas, preparing orders, and keeping the warehouse organized. Training will be provided, and previous warehouse experience is not required. Responsibilities Load and unload products, packages, and shipments from trucks and delivery vehicles Move merchandise safely between receiving, storage, packing, and shipping areas Sort and organize incoming products according to company procedures Check shipments for visible damage and quantity discrepancies Verify labels and basic shipment information Stage products and completed orders in designated areas Assist with preparing outgoing shipments for pickup Use hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and other basic equipment as appropriate Maintain clean and organized loading and unloading areas Assist with inventory organization and product handling Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled items Follow workplace safety procedures and proper lifting techniques Work with fulfillment and warehouse team members to complete daily tasks Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Previous warehouse experience is not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Ability to safely lift and move packages and products Good physical stamina and attention to safety Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment About the Position The Loader/Unloader helps keep daily fulfillment operations running smoothly by ensuring products and shipments are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.
