Loader / Unloader

Job Overview Contractor’s Supplies, Inc is seeking dependable and hardworking Loader / Unloader team members to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This role involves loading and unloading construction materials, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments for delivery while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Responsibilities Load and unload construction materials, supplies, and shipments safely Organize and stage products for storage or delivery Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage Assist with sorting, labeling, and inventory organization Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment as needed Maintain clean and organized warehouse and loading areas Follow workplace safety standards and company procedures Support warehouse and logistics staff with daily operational tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely and repeatedly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
