What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): Support Drivers : Communicate clear load information, routing, and directions to our drivers to keep them moving safely. Track Operations : Monitor active loads, track driver pick-up/drop-off times, and proactively solve transit delays. Build Relationships : Maintain great communication with brokers, customers, and team members. Book & Negotiate: Contact freight brokers via phone and email to secure high-paying loads and negotiate the best rates. Qualifications: Experience: 1+ years of dispatching experience is preferred (Load board experience is a huge plus!). Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced setting. Communication: Professional, courteous phone etiquette and sharp customer service skills. Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new logistics and trucking software programs. Education: High school diploma or equivalent, plus solid basic math skills.
