• Source and book third-party carriers for daily freight
• Match available loads with reliable, cost-effective carriers
• Negotiate carrier rates within target margins
• Monitor loads and resolve any transit delays proactively
• Maintain accurate data in the Transportation Management System Requirements:
• 1-3 years in freight brokerage or carrier procurement
• Strong understanding of North American third-party market
• Proficiency in TMS and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
