West Side Beer Distributing is hiring for a Full-Time Repack Clerk in Lansing Join our warehouse team and help keep operations running smoothly by restoring damaged products back into sellable inventory. You'll also handle recycling tasks, operate basic warehouse equipment, and maintain accurate repack records. This position requires attention to safety, organization, and following established procedures to keep the repack area running smoothly. What You’ll Do Sort and repack damaged products to return them to sellable inventory Transfer cardboard, bottles, and other materials for recycling Safely operate balers and related recycling equipment Use manual pallet jacks to move products and materials Rotate product following code dates and supplier/company guidelines Maintain accurate daily repack and breakage records Keep work areas clean and clear of debris or broken glass Report accidents or incidents and follow all safety procedures Follow all supervisor instructions, company policies, and OSHA safety rules What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED (required) No experience required — we provide full training Valid driver’s license Strong attention to detail and willingness to work safely Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
