In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring an organized and inviting shopping environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about retail sales, possesses strong communication skills, and has experience with POS systems and cashiering. Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist with cashiering duties, including processing returns and exchanges Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor Engage in phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math principles Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or other languages) are advantageous Experience with supervising or leading a team is a plus but not required Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos is beneficial Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of phone etiquette and upselling techniques Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate to help create a positive shopping experience for our customers while developing your retail expertise in a dynamic environment.
