Livestock Truck Driver (Full-Time)

Come Drive With Us! Spring Valley Farms is looking for a full-time livestock truck driver to join our product shipping team in Morris, MN. You’ll haul market hogs and high health wean pigs on day trips that repeat, and you’ll be home every night. What you'll do: Haul market hogs to processing plants in Sioux Falls, SD; Worthington, MN; and Austin, MN Haul high health wean pigs to production sites in southern Minnesota, mostly around Fairmont, and to some sites in Iowa Follow SVF biosecurity protocols on every load, including site entry and exit, clothing and boot changes, and trailer handling Load and unload hogs safely and humanely Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs and load paperwork Coordinate with our wash crew and keep in touch with your manager, teammates and plant staff about timing and any issues What you'll need: Valid Class A CDL and medical card Livestock hauling experience preferred Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen Strong commitment to biosecurity and attention to detail Reliable and punctual, and comfortable with early-morning starts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and to climb in and out of the truck and trailer Work Environment & Schedule: 50+ hours per week with no weekends (4 or 5 days) On the road and at production sites and processing plants, working around livestock, odors, noise and all kinds of weather Our wash crew cleans the trailers and does the laundry every day Benefits: Paid Time Off starting at 48 hours 401k with 8% company match Medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and life insurance Medical card allowance for full-time team members Nourishment box (Beef, pork, beans & sugar) Appreciation events Ready to join a team that values its people?
