Live Streaming Operations Specialist Pinehurst Coins is a leading precious metals and numismatics dealer committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. As we continue to grow our Live Streaming Division, we are looking for a highly organized and energetic Live Streaming Operations Specialist to join the operational backbone of our rapid, auction-style live commerce broadcasts. This is a unique hybrid role that bridges digital e-commerce data with physical warehouse operations. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the digital inventory systems before and after we go live, and you will be hands-on with the physical products after the stream to ensure every buyer gets exactly what they won. Key Responsibilities Pre-Broadcast Data Prep: Execute precise product data imports to ensure all SKUs, starting prices, and inventory quantities are 100% accurate in the system before the live stream begins. System Readiness: Verify that all digital auction tools and e-commerce platforms are loaded and ready for rapid-fire live selling. Post-Stream Quality Control: Physically handle and inspect items sold during the broadcast to ensure quality and accuracy, and prepare items for fulfillment Post-Stream Data Management: Record sold items, reconcile physical inventory with digital auction tools, and prepare for future shows. Inventory Organization: Maintain a highly organized staging area for both upcoming broadcast items and post-stream processed goods. Requirements & Qualifications Detail-Oriented: Have a sharp eye for detail, whether you are checking a spreadsheet for data accuracy or inspecting a physical product for defects. E-Commerce Experience (Huge Plus!): Prior experience selling, processing orders, or managing inventory on platforms like eBay, Whatnot or TikTok is a major advantage. Tech-Savvy (Huge Plus!): Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, inventory management software, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). Physically Capable: Ability to spend part of the day on your feet, physically handling, organizing, and moving inventory as needed. Adaptable & Fast-Paced: You thrive in high-energy environments and can keep a cool head when moving at the speed of a live auction. Reliable: Punctual and consistent for the Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM* schedule. *Hours may vary depending on the current streaming schedule. Compensation & Perks Starting Rate: $16.00 per hour.
