Live Sales Host & Inventory Specialist - Pokémon & Collectibles

Job Purpose
Dream Big Collectibles, an SG Property Management operation, is hiring a Live Sales Host & Inventory Specialist for our Houston location. This is a full-time, on-site, on-camera sales role. Most live shows will feature Pokémon cards, with some sports cards and other trading-card products.

We need someone who can personally host engaging live sales and keep trading-card inventory accurate. You will present products, interact with buyers and manage merchandise from receiving and stock counts through sold-item reconciliation and order fulfillment. Relevant personal live-sales experience on Whatnot, TikTok Live or eBay Live can qualify.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Host professional live sales, auctions, breaks and rip-and-ship shows, present products clearly and keep shows moving.
- Engage the chat, answer buyer questions and handle live sale/order flow.
- Explain products, card condition, sets, rarity and key details accurately.
- Use the live-selling platform tools and follow platform rules and company procedures.
- Receive, count, identify and organize cards and collectibles.
- Prepare products and listings before shows and maintain accurate stock records.
- Reconcile inventory as items sell, match sold items to buyers and prepare accurate orders for fulfillment.
- Identify stock discrepancies and prevent duplicate sales.
- Build repeat customer relationships and communicate sales performance, customer feedback and inventory needs to management.

Qualifications & Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to personally host live sales, present products and interact with buyers. Relevant personal hosting on Whatnot, TikTok Live or eBay Live can qualify. Experience on every listed platform is not required.
- Hands-on inventory experience, including receiving/counting stock, maintaining accurate records, reconciling sales and preparing or fulfilling orders. Relevant inventory experience outside trading cards is welcome.
- Knowledge of Pokémon, sports cards or other trading cards is preferred. Willingness and ability to learn the product categories used in our live shows is required.
- Comfortable on camera, energetic, personable and able to improvise during a live show.
- Dependable, organized, coachable and able to follow established procedures with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using livestream equipment, computers, spreadsheets and online selling tools.
- Experience with card breaks, rip-and-ship, auctions, card shows or collectibles retail is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation, Schedule & Location
- $16 per hour.
- Full-time, on-site at 9730 Windfern Road, Houston, TX 77064.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Specific shifts and weekly hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
