Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and other departments to ensure smooth transportation operations. Monitor truck movements and shipment transfers between warehouses or terminals. Track shipment status and assist in resolving transportation delays and operational issues. Coordinate loading, unloading, and shipment handover arrangements. Maintain accurate dispatch records and transportation documentation. Follow up on shipment progress and provide timely updates to relevant teams. Support daily logistics and warehouse operations as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations is preferred. Experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role is a plus. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of logistics processes, transportation coordination, and warehouse operations. Familiarity with shipment handling, inventory movement, loading and unloading procedures, or transportation documentation. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills; experience with logistics or warehouse management systems is a plus. Compensation： $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
