As a Light Duty Tow Truck Driver, you'll respond to service calls, assist stranded motorists, transport vehicles safely, and provide excellent customer service on every call. If you enjoy working independently, helping people, and being part of a fast-paced industry, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate a light-duty tow truck and transport vehicles safely Respond to roadside service, towing, recovery, and transport calls Work closely with Dispatch to provide timely service Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately Use company technology such as GPS, Samsara, and TowBook Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers Assist with other duties as needed What We're Looking For Strong commitment to safety Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Basic technology skills, including smartphones, GPS, and mobile apps Good time management and attention to detail Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED preferred Previous towing, transportation, recovery, or commercial driving experience preferred At least 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred Tow truck experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates Physical Requirements This position is active and hands-on.
