Licensed Massage Therapist/Front Office Coordinator

Rooted Health Integrative Medicine an integrative medicine clinic in the Smyrna/Vinings area offering functional medicine, nutrient & hydration IV's, luxury head spa services, and massage therapy in a serene, organic environment. Located directly adjacent to a brand-new, high-traffic fitness facility, we are experiencing strong demand for recovery-focused massage services, especially on the weekend. We are seeking a Georgia-licensed Massage Therapist to join our team for 30 hours a week or more. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, Bilingual (Spanish & English) therapist with the flexibility of hourly wages transitioning to commission-based structure with high earning potential in a supportive, professional setting. Position Details Status: Contract employee with strong potential to grow into additional weekdays as the clinic expands Primary Need: Tuesday - Saturday (core office hours are: 9 AM – 5 PM ); Compensation: Hourly guarantee OR if preferred, Commission-based once you ramp-up your clientele No booth rent or monthly access fees Responsibilities Provide front-desk operations (opening and closing duties), assist with inventory management, stock supplies, manage schedule for upcoming appointments and follow up with existing clients Deliver exceptional therapeutic, deep tissue, sports recovery, prenatal, and/or post-operative massage (your specialties are welcome) Perform luxury add-ons including hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, cavitation and PEMF enhancements Collaborate with our functional medicine, massage therapy and cosmetology team on integrative treatment plans as appropriate Must be comfortable creating and editing content (short videos, Reels, etc.) using CapCut or similar apps during available downtime. Training can be provided.
