Licensed Customs Broker

Job Duty Coordinate and oversee the customs clearance process for import and export shipments in collaboration with licensed customs brokerage firms Review and verify customs documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin Classify goods using HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes and ensure accurate duty and tax calculations Communicate with CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection), customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to resolve clearance issues Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and documentation Stay current on changes to U.S. customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and tariff updates Support internal teams with customs-related inquiries and guidance What We're Looking For Active U.S. Customs Broker License (required) — issued by CBP Experience working with freight forwarders and logistics companies preferred Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not required Key Requirements: Must hold a valid Individual Customs Broker License (LCB) and an Active National Permit issued by CBP. Possesses an independent CBP Filer Code capable of immediate entry transmission via ABI. Experience acting as or qualifying as a designated broker under 19 CFR Part 111. Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
