STRIVE is recruiting a licensed 310T Mechanic for an established environmental services operation in the Niagara Region. This hands-on position maintains trucks and heavy equipment through inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing. The role supports fleet reliability while following health and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on trucks
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and air issues
- Complete annual inspections through maintenance programs
- Maintain service records, work orders, and documentation
- Support fleet reliability through breakdown repairs and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Five years of experience as a 310T Mechanic
- Required 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
- Experience diagnosing and repairing trucks and heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and air systems
- Own tools and strong safety mindset required
