Job Overview The Liars Bench team member supports fast-paced warehouse distribution by moving, picking, and tracking materials accurately. You’ll use warehouse equipment and inventory systems while following established safety protocols. This hands-on role suits someone who works carefully, communicates clearly, and can handle physical tasks throughout a shift. Duties Pick and stage orders using an order picker, RF (radio frequency) scanner, and warehouse management system. Load and unload shipments; support shipping and receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized. Move materials using safe manual handling practices, including heavy lifting as required. Your impact: Accurate order picking and safe materials handling help coworkers keep shipments organized and customers receive the right items. Requirements Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse distribution, order picking, and shipping and receiving are preferred. Ability to perform basic math, use an RF scanner, and follow inventory and warehouse management procedures. Demonstrated safety protocol adherence and ability to load, unload, and move materials. Heavy equipment operation experience is preferred; experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, or order pickers is an asset. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; all candidates must be ready to work collaboratively and follow direction.
