Maintains accurate information related to inventory, orders, shipments, and schedules; communicates status and issues to the appropriate teams; and supports the Operations/Supply Chain team in meeting customer and business requirements. Essential Functions Maintain and update ERP system information, spreadsheets, and operational reports related to inventory, orders, shipments, and supply chain activity. Complete and track DHRs throughout the process to ensure accurate and timely license key creation. Act as a liaison between Logistics and Sales or Sales Support by preparing quote forms for pallet count estimates and freight quotes. Support basic process improvement efforts, maintain documentation, and provide administrative and coordination support to Operations/Supply Chain management; perform other duties as assigned. Own Service Stock Transfer Orders, including allocation, daily backorder reporting, weekly summary reporting, and serving as a liaison between Service Representatives/Customer Service and Operations. TECO work orders and ensure no work orders remain outstanding at the end of each month. Process Service component sales orders as requested by the Service department, including follow-up through all stages of order processing to help ensure product ships in a timely manner. Prepare, compile, and distribute routine reports and tracking information for Operations/Supply Chain management. Assist with maintaining accurate records and resolving basic data or order discrepancies, escalating more complex issues as appropriate. Maintain the Purge log, including filing and ensuring all required documents are accounted for. Assist with pulling data for audit teams. Position Specifications Knowledge/Educational Requirements College degree and/or 2+ years equivalent experience in an operations, sales support/customer service and/or manufacturing environment Basic understanding of inventory, orders, purchasing, shipping, and/or manufacturing processes preferred. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Advanced working knowledge in working with Microsoft Office applications Skills and Abilities Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to maintain accurate spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering, reviewing, and updating data. Organized, dependable, and effective at following up on open items and deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication and the ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize routine tasks, recognize exceptions, and escalate issues appropriately. Ability to work effectively with office, warehouse, and operations personnel. Willingness to learn ERP systems, supply chain processes, and company procedures.
