Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver classroom, skills, and on-road school bus training
• Provide refresher, remedial, and upgrade training
• Support candidate onboarding and training activities
• Coach drivers on safety, compliance, and confidence
• Maintain accurate training records and evaluate performance
Requirements:
• Valid Class B licence or higher with endorsements
• At least three years of school bus or commercial driving
• Clean driver abstract meeting stated three-year requirements
• Strong communication, mentoring, and coaching abilities
• Flexible Monday-to-Friday availability, with possible weekends
