Balance Always.”, the Learning and Talent Coordinator will provide coordination and administrative support with a primary focus on Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Talent Management programs, and will also be responsible for: Coordinating a wide range of corporate learning programs, including scheduling, promotion, logistics, and follow-up to ensure high-quality, well-organized, and accessible learning experiences. Supporting the creation, formatting, and upload of e-learning content and learning materials in collaboration with subject matter experts. Supporting recruitment and selection processes including posting jobs, recruitment promotion and media, candidate communications, interview coordination and participation, and pre-boarding and onboarding activities. Providing coordination and support for talent management initiatives, including performance management, mentoring programs, succession planning, leadership development, and employee recognition. Acting as a key point of contact for employees and leaders on talent and learning and building strong relationships across the organization; providing responsive professional support to internal and external stakeholders. Job Requirements The preferred candidate holds: University degree in Human Resources or related field and post-secondary diploma in Human Resources. Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a Human Resources environment with administrative experience in a broad range of HR functional activities. Experience in learning and development programs and in a unionized environment is an asset. Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or higher-level designation required.
