Parker HannifinPosition Summary The Lean Manager II is responsible for supporting sites of impact in accelerating their lean transformation efforts. This position involves collaborating with local teams to implement lean methodologies and teaching lean concepts through practical, hands-on application, ensuring that team members understand and can effectively execute lean principles in their daily activities. The Lean Manager II will be relied upon to assist local teams in executing the future state vision developed by Group and Division leadership to drive quantifiable improvement in business performance at the locations they support. This position reports to the Corporate Vice President, Lean Enterprise & Quality. Essential Functions Coach focus sites in executing projects assigned by Corporate/Group Lean and Operations Leaders Manage and drive the Kaizen calendar to accelerate transformation and development of Subject Matter Experts Ensure successful kaizen events through planning, prework and event participation with the local cross-functional leadership team Lead workshops with locations to successfully execute site transformation projects on time Drive the identification of site and value stream future states and implement plans to achieve the future state within the location Coach and mentor local talent at focus/learning site to develop local competency to sustain improvements. Develop the Leadership Development Associates through coaching and project assessment. Build expert working knowledge of Parker Lean System and leadership skills necessary to excel in Division Lean or Plant Manager Role Qualifications Four-year bachelor's degree in engineering or business required 5 or more years’ experience within operations and/or lean discipline. 3 years of experience in a plant environment in Supply Chain, Operations, Lean, Quality, or Engineering roles.
