Job Title: Lead Warehouse Associate
Pay: $20.00 / hour (Starting) | Pay increase potential for driver advancement
Schedule: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) with potential for Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately select, pull, and organize wholesale goods for customer orders.
• Vehicle Loading: Safely stage and load delivery trucks for morning routes.
• Digital Tracking: Use tablets, email, and messaging to manage order lists and inventory.
Requirements
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and excel in a physical, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Basic tablet/email/text tech skills.
• Clear English communication (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Growth & Driving Opportunity (Optional)This role focuses strictly on internal warehouse operations. However, for team members interested in career growth, we offer a pathway to become a Delivery Driver (includes higher pay rate).
• Driver Qualifications (If pursuing this path): Must be 25+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for insurance purposes).
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
