Lead - Warehouse

Role Overview: Support warehouse operations by managing product movement, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment to ensure efficient supply chain processes. Responsibilities Include Processing inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to facilitate accurate product handling. Preparing shipments, packaging, and staging materials to meet dispatch deadlines. Reconciling inventory discrepancies and monitoring stock levels to maintain inventory integrity. Investigating damaged shipments and operational issues for timely resolution. Documenting shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to ensure warehouse visibility. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED required; associate's degree or certification in supply chain or logistics preferred. 3+ years experience in warehouse support, shipping, inventory control, or related fields. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and support continuous process improvement. Additional Information: Full-time role with shift hours Monday - Friday, offering up to $23.55/hour. The position emphasizes process accuracy, operational support, and teamwork to enhance warehouse efficiency and service quality.
