Lead - Warehouse

Role: Warehouse Associate supporting inbound, outbound, and internal activities to ensure accurate product movement and order fulfillment. Responsibilities Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging to meet handling and dispatch timelines. Reconcile inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and identify replenishment needs. Investigate damaged shipments, handle operational exceptions, and document shipment status. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED required; associate’s in supply chain or related field preferred. 3+ years experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, safety practices, and operational reporting. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively. Key Duties: Support warehouse workflow, ensure inventory accuracy, resolve process issues, and maintain operational documentation.
