Lead - Warehouse

Role Overview: Support warehouse operations by managing inbound, outbound, and internal activities to ensure accurate product movement, order fulfillment, and inventory integrity. Key Responsibilities Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging areas to meet dispatch timelines. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and monitor stock levels and storage conditions. Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions to resolve operational issues. Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational deviations for accurate warehouse visibility. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED required; associate’s degree or certifications in supply chain or logistics preferred. 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, shipping, receiving, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse processes, safety, and documentation practices. Ability to verify data, resolve operational issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong organizational skills to manage shifting priorities and support continuous improvement. Additional Information: This role involves supporting warehouse activities within a collaborative team, with a pay rate up to $23.55 and shift hours from Monday to Friday starting at 10 am.
