Lead Trailer Technician

Lead Trailer Technician – Heavy-Duty Trailer Repair Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trailer systems, including air brakes, ABS, electrical, hydraulic, and suspension systems. Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and major mechanical repairs. Perform welding, fabrication, and structural repairs as needed. Lead complex repairs and assist other technicians with diagnostics and troubleshooting. Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and shop safety. Qualifications: Extensive experience repairing and maintaining heavy-duty trailers. Strong diagnostic, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fabrication skills. Ability to independently troubleshoot and complete complex repairs. Leadership skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
