Lead Social Compliance Auditor – U.S. Manufacturing Position is based onsite in Florence, KY, Memphis, TN or St. Petersburg, FL We are seeking an experienced Lead Social Compliance Auditor to strengthen Jabil’s social compliance program in the USA. This role provides regional leadership and governance over audit execution, internal assessments, and risk management activities. The manager partners with Operations, EHS, and Human Resources to enhance audit readiness, strengthen corrective and preventive action effectiveness, and ensure alignment with global compliance objectives. The position drives risk visibility and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites and reports to the Senior Global Social Compliance Manager. This role could be based at Jabil HQ, St. Petersburg, Jabil CVG in Florence, KY or Jabil Memphis. What can you expect to do? Plan, lead and conduct onsite social compliance audits and internal assessments of Jabil U.S. manufacturing sites covering labor, wages and working hours, health & safety, ethics and management systems. Apply recognized audit methodology — opening and closing meetings, document and payroll/working-hours records review, confidential worker interviews, and production-floor and facility walkthroughs — and produce clear, evidence-based audit reports. Serve as the regional subject matter expert for social compliance requirements and audit protocols, including the RBA Code of Conduct and VAP, SMETA/Sedex, ILO core conventions and customer-specific standards. Manage audit findings through closure; support development of practical, cost-effective corrective actions in partnership with site leadership. Support and prepare sites for customer second-party and third-party (e.g., RBA VAP) audits; participate in opening/closing meetings and corrective action plan negotiations. Maintain and analyze regional audit records and databases to identify trends, recurring issues, and systemic risks requiring escalation or remediation. Initiate and administer annual social compliance self-assessments for U.S. sites; review responses, assess regional risk exposure, and communicate outcomes. Support development and delivery of training and awareness materials to strengthen site preparedness and understanding of social compliance obligations. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with HR and Operations to address findings and drive measurable improvement. Serve as regional point of contact for customer social compliance inquiries and external audit engagements; provide audit data and findings to support internal and customer social compliance reporting. What is the experience needed to be successful in this role? Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, compliance, law, human resources, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in social compliance, human rights due diligence, and/or audit program management. Strong working knowledge of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and RBA audit protocols or related standards; Experience supporting compliance programs within complex, multi-site manufacturing environments preferred. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them in operational settings. Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.
