Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service Manage retail sales activities, including product knowledge, pricing strategies, and promotional displays Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Train, mentor, and develop team members on sales techniques, product features, POS systems, and customer service standards Handle employee orientation, interviewing potential candidates, and participating in recruiting efforts to build a strong team Ensure accurate cash handling, cashiering procedures, and POS system operation during shifts Monitor store performance metrics, manage scheduling, and support budgeting efforts to meet sales targets Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry or sales team management roles Strong background in retail sales with knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and POS systems Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and effective communication Experience with employee training & development, interviewing, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and operational management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Familiarity with retail math—including pricing strategies—and basic math skills are essential Previous experience in grocery stores or wireless sales environments is advantageous but not required Join us as a Lead Sales Associate to inspire your team, elevate customer experiences, and contribute to the vibrant success of our store!
