EntegrisJob Title: Lead, Product Manager Job Description: The Role Entegris is currently seeking a Lead, Product Manager to join our Specialty Gas team, based in our Danbury, CT or JangAn, Korea facility. Lead Product Manager to own an assigned Specialty Gases portfolio. The role leads product strategy, roadmaps, pricing, forecasting, sourcing, commercialization, and lifecycle management. Acting as a central cross-functional resource, the Lead Product Manager applies business and technical expertise to resolve complex issues, influence stakeholders, and deliver revenue, margin, market-share, and customer objectives. Duties/Responsibilities: Deliver global revenue, gross margin, market-share, and operating targets for assigned product lines; monitor performance and lead corrective actions. Support 8D investigations and related quality activities, ensuring timely follow-through and effective resolution. Deliver portfolio and project milestones on time and within budget, including business documentation for capital, new-product, sustaining, and reporting initiatives. Define and execute product strategy, including roadmaps, partnerships, commercialization priorities, pricing, positioning, product changes, and lifecycle decisions. Partner with sales, distributors, and strategic partners to expand market access, strengthen sales readiness, and translate customer needs into product plans. Develop financial models and business cases to support pricing, investment, roadmap, and new-product decisions. Lead cross-functional decisions and initiatives with R&D, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Field Applications, EH&S, Legal, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales. Develop demand forecasts with documented assumptions, opportunities, constraints, and risks; align capacity, inventory, backlog, and customer commitments with Operations and Supply Chain.Lead product governance from concept through post-launch optimization, including stage-gate decisions, launch readiness, risk mitigation, performance tracking, product changes, quality escalations, and lifecycle trade-offs. Represent the voice of the customer and sales by converting market intelligence, competitive insight, and customer feedback into value propositions, product requirements, and priorities that support market-share growth. Create and present customer-facing and sales-enablement materials, including presentations, data sheets, proposals, training, and supporting collateral for global commercial teams. Provide product management expertise and coach colleagues and cross-functional teams in effective business decision-making. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies: Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L drivers, cost structures, gross margin, forecasting, ROI, NPV, total cost of ownership, and business-case development. Ability to work independently on complex issues, evaluate variable factors, exercise judgment in selecting methods, and develop effective approaches for new assignments. Proven ability to influence up, down, and across the organization and guide cross-functional action without direct authority. Ability to synthesize customer, market, operational, technical, and sales input into clear recommendations, product priorities, and growth actions. Strong customer presence and communication skills across executive presentations, technical discussions, proposals, product reviews, and stakeholder inquiries. Demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor processes, technology, materials, customer applications, and relevant operational and supply-chain considerations. Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, anticipate risk, and deliver results in a fast-paced global environment. Experience working effectively across geographies and cultures in a multinational organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
