LEAD Order picker/truck loader-Beverage Industry-2 shifts, noon and 4:30pm

Company Overview Stagnaro Distributing is a full-service beverage distributor serving eight counties in Southwest Ohio and eleven counties in Northern Kentucky. Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour We're looking for dependable, motivated team leaders to join our warehouse and delivery operation as Load Crew Leads . This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll lead a team, keep loading operations running smoothly, and make sure delivery trucks are loaded safely, accurately, and on time. We currently have two Load Crew Lead openings : Noon Shift — Start time: 12:00 PM Evening Shift — Start time: 4:30 PM Both positions are primarily Monday through Friday , with occasional weekend work based on business needs. What You'll Do As a Load Crew Lead, you'll be responsible for keeping our loading operation organized, productive, and ready for the next day's deliveries. Lead, coach, and support the Load Crew throughout the shift. Provide hands-on training and constructive feedback to help employees succeed. Assign daily tasks and coordinate staffing to maximize productivity. Ensure delivery trucks are loaded accurately, safely, and efficiently . Help the team achieve a minimum loading productivity standard of 175 cases per hour . Verify orders, counts, load sheets, and paperwork for accuracy. Ensure damaged, expired, or out-of-code product is never loaded for delivery. Keep the warehouse, loading areas, and trailers clean, organized, and ready for the next shift. Make sure pick rows remain properly stocked throughout the shift. Identify and correct loading errors quickly. Report safety concerns, equipment issues, accidents, and security concerns to management. Assist with inbound deliveries, product counts, customer orders, and other warehouse activities when needed. Work closely with Delivery, Warehouse, Operations, and Sales teams to keep daily operations running smoothly. Serve as the primary backup to the Load Crew Supervisor when needed. Help create a positive, professional, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. This Is a Hands-On Leadership Role This isn't a position where you'll spend your entire shift behind a desk. You'll be leading from the floor — working alongside your team, helping load trucks, checking orders, solving problems, coaching employees, and making sure everything is ready for the day's deliveries. You'll have a direct impact on safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service .
