Lead Mover & Driver (Non-CDL)

Lead Mover & Driver (Non-CDL) Twins and a Truck Inc. is hiring an experienced Lead Mover & Driver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position, not a driving-only job . You will be expected to drive the moving truck, work alongside the crew loading and unloading, communicate with customers, and help lead each job from start to finish. Pay $18/hour during the first 2-week training and evaluation period $20/hour after successfully completing the evaluation period and being approved to drive and lead crews Tips in addition to hourly pay Performance and safety bonus opportunities Responsibilities Drive company box trucks, including 26-foot trucks Lead and work alongside the moving crew Load, unload, wrap, protect, and secure furniture and household goods Keep the crew working safely and efficiently Communicate professionally with customers Complete electronic paperwork, signatures, and job closeout Perform pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized Requirements Previous professional moving experience required Crew lead or moving driver experience preferred Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Comfortable driving automatic box trucks Able to repeatedly lift and carry heavy furniture and boxes Reliable, punctual, and comfortable leading a team Flexible availability, including some weekends The first two weeks are used to make sure you understand our moving process, work well with the team, and meet our standards before being placed in a driving and crew lead role.
