Moving companyLOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Mover / Driver to join our team for a residential moving company. In this role, you will lead moving crews, operate a 26 ft box truck , and ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Responsibilities Drive and operate a 26 ft box truck safely and efficiently Lead moving crews on residential and commercial jobs Load and unload furniture with care and proper technique Wrap, protect, and secure items to prevent damage Pack trucks strategically to maximize space and efficiency Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed Remove mounted TVs when required Communicate professionally with clients on-site Maintain a clean, organized truck and work environment Report any issues or delays to management promptly Requirements Experience driving a box truck (REQUIRED) Prior moving experience (loading, wrapping, packing trucks) Ability to lead a crew and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and punctuality is a must Comfortable with physical labor (stairs, heavy lifting, long carries) Professional attitude and strong communication skills Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for consistent work Growth into leadership roles Professional, team-oriented environment Your moving and driving experience Availability Contact number Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
