Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, and services that align with business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and optimizing contracts to enhance performance.
• Evaluate technology expenditures and market trends, using reports and dashboards to inform sourcing strategies and drive savings.
• Oversee procurement processes, enhancing purchase order workflows for improved accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders throughout North America to prioritize purchasing needs and influence strategic decisions using data-driven insights.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
