What You’ll Do- Lead geotechnical design and execution for transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee subsurface investigations, soil foundation engineering, slope stability, and settlement analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into major infrastructure programs.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with industry standards and codes.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources for consistent quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to expand geotechnical offerings in infrastructure.
What You’ll Bring- Bachelor’s in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (geotechnical focus).
- 12+ years of geotechnical engineering experience in transportation and infrastructure.
- Professional Engineering license in Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical design software and modeling tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Willingness to travel within Ontario as needed.
