Lead Driver / Delivery & Warehouse Associate PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON Patio Casual Outdoor Furniture – Clearwater, FL Full-Time Patio Casual Outdoor Furniture is looking for a dependable, experienced Lead Driver / Delivery & Warehouse Associate to join our team. We are a busy, family-owned outdoor furniture company known for quality products and exceptional customer service. This is an important position on our team—we need someone who takes pride in their work, can confidently handle deliveries, works well with tools, and understands that the customer's delivery experience is just as important as the sale. What You'll Do Lead residential and commercial furniture deliveries throughout the Tampa Bay area Safely drive our company delivery vehicle Load, secure, transport, unload, and professionally set up outdoor furniture Assemble furniture using hand and power tools Move large and heavy pieces of furniture safely Inspect furniture before it leaves the warehouse and again during setup Communicate professionally and courteously with customers Help organize and maintain the warehouse Receive incoming furniture shipments Assist with inventory, product movement, and showroom/warehouse organization Perform basic furniture repairs and adjustments Keep delivery vehicles, tools, warehouse, and work areas clean and organized Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure every delivery is completed correctly Assist with showroom floor changes Basic Cleaning and store maintanince Requirements Must be able to safely lift and maneuver up to 100 lbs. Clean driving record required Valid driver's license Comfortable driving a delivery vehicle Strong experience using hand and power tools Furniture assembly, delivery, warehouse, construction, installation, or similar hands-on experience preferred Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented and organized Professional appearance and communication skills Able to work independently and take responsibility for completing a job correctly Comfortable interacting directly with customers Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic We're Looking for a Leader This isn't just a driving position.
