Lead Fleet Mechanic
Neuman Pools, Inc.Neuman Pools, Inc., a nationwide leader in the design, construction and service of aquatic facilities is accepting applications for a Lead Fleet Mechanic. Neuman Pools operates a fleet of approximately 100 commercial and non-commercial vehicles, as well as construction equipment to include skid loaders, mini excavators, excavators, trailers, concrete pumps, compactors, etc. This position is responsible for the service and repair of all fleet vehicles and related construction equipment. This position also maintains fleet maintenance and DOT records. This position runs day to day operations of our shop and makes job assignments to the other mechanics. The successful candidate will be dependable, self-motivated and able to lead a small team. An Associates Degree in the auto or diesel mechanic field is required . Must be qualified to conduct DOT inspections. Successful candidate must provide own hand tools. Basic computer skills are necessary. Successful candidate must have a clean driving record.
