Lead Driver/Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Supervisor to oversee daily operations related to rental gear items and a thriving maintenance business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of rental equipment, coordinating maintenance schedules, and managing inventory. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer needs and operational standards. Duties Oversee the delivery of rental gear items to customers, ensuring timely and accurate service. This includes delivery and pickup of items and coordinating with other drivers. Coordinate maintenance schedules for handyman side of the business. Manage inventory levels, including tracking equipment stock and maintaining accurate records. Supervise staff involved in gear handling, delivery, and maintenance activities. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor equipment condition and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all operations. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service quality. Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, vendors, and customers. Leadership abilities to supervise staff and manage team performance. Problem-solving skills to address operational issues promptly. Knowledge of inventory management systems and maintenance scheduling tools. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
