Job Overview Lead Driver – Home Delivery & Install ESLND Home Services — Tucker, GA You lead a two-person crew on a 26-foot box truck with a liftgate, delivering and installing appliances and furniture into people's homes. About 15 stops and 130 miles a day, Monday through Saturday. You're home every night. The work: about two-thirds appliances — refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves — carried in, set in place, hooked up, and leveled. The rest is furniture. You take the packaging and debris with you and leave the home clean. You run the truck, the route, your helper, and how the customer feels about the delivery. Every stop gets finished in the delivery app with a signature and photos. Pay: $175–$215 a day, paid weekly. The top of the range is performance pay, earned on the scorecard the client keeps on your crew, the customer surveys, and your pace. Fuel card provided — fuel is never out of your pocket. You must have: real appliance install experience, at least 2 years driving a box truck, a clean driving record, a valid license, and a smartphone. You must be able to pass a background check and a drug test, and team-lift heavy appliances all day. This is a growing company adding trucks.
