This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual with strong communication and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. SCHEDULE Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday or Sunday Hours: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM Compensation: $20–$22 per hour KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate daily dispatch operations and manage inbound and outbound calls. Communicate with security officers and maintain positive working relationships. Coordinate shift coverage and respond to last-minute call-outs. Prepare and maintain staff schedules. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping. Make sound decisions, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues efficiently. Support management and help maintain smooth daily operations. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Dispatching, clerical or administrative support, office management, scheduling, or payroll processing. SECURITY LICENSE NOT REQUIRED.
