Lead Diesel Mechanic
ConfidentialABOUT THE COMPANY 405 Energy & Oilfield Services LLC is an established, growing company with a new shop in Guthrie, Oklahoma, and a satellite shop in Fairview. This is an in-person shop role in Guthrie, not remote work. A service truck is provided for work travel. THE ROLE Lead and help build the mechanic team. Diagnose and repair heavy-duty/Class 8 diesel equipment, lead preventive maintenance, and help reduce downtime. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of heavy-duty/Class 8 diesel experience • CDL required • Own tools • Experience with PTO and hydraulic systems • Experience with JPRO, Cummins INSITE, Detroit DiagnosticLink, and other heavy-duty diagnostic software • Strong diagnostic and leadership capabilities PREFERRED • Oilfield experience • Lead or supervisory experience PAY AND SCHEDULE $60 per hour for a candidate who meets the experience, diagnostic, and leadership expectations.
