Lead Closing/Day

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Closing/Day to oversee daily retail operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient store management. In this pivotal role, you will lead the closing procedures, manage team performance, and uphold high standards of customer service. Duties Supervise daily store operations during closing shifts, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently Lead and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and team management Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability Manage cash handling, POS systems, and cashiering processes with precision and accountability Conduct employee orientation, training sessions, and ongoing development to enhance team skills in sales, customer service, and operational tasks Coordinate purchasing activities, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on store operations and team supervision Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting performance evaluations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases and team members Familiarity with POS systems, retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and operational management tools Previous assistant manager or supervisory roles in retail stores are highly desirable Join us as a Lead Closing/Day to inspire your team while delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
