Lead Cabinet & Millwork Installer (Subcontractor)

Job Type: Independent Contractor / Subcontractor About the Role We are a professional cabinet and millwork company specializing in high-quality commercial and residential installations. We are seeking an experienced Lead Cabinet / Millwork Installer to work with us on a subcontract basis. Responsibilities Lead and perform high-quality cabinet and millwork installations on residential and commercial projects Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans Accurately measure, layout, level, and install cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork Ensure proper fit, alignment, and finishing of all installed products Coordinate with site supervisors, general contractors, and other trades as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite Troubleshoot on-site issues and make necessary adjustments Represent the company professionally on job sites Requirements Proven experience as a lead cabinet/millwork installer (commercial and residential experience preferred) Strong knowledge of installation techniques, hardware, and finishing methods Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Own reliable transportation and basic tools Valid driver’s license Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Must be able to operate as an independent subcontractor (own business and insurance preferred) What We Offer Steady commercial and residential work Competitive pay Opportunity for an ongoing subcontracting partnership Professional project management support To Apply Please reply with: A brief description of your relevant experience Areas you service Your availability Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour Experience: Millwork: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred) Work Location: In person
