Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Shipping Services Associate (Evening Shift)

Responsibilities Operate washers, dryers, and folding stations efficiently. Perform wash-dry-fold tasks and provide basic fabric care for customers' laundry. Carry out basic stain removal, or demonstrate a strong interest in learning this skill. Press clothes as needed, or show a willingness to learn pressing techniques. Accept and process shipments from UPS and USPS. Assist customers with laundry, shipping, and mail services on-site. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Deliver friendly and reliable customer service at all times. Preferred Experience Prior experience in fabric care, laundry, or dry-cleaning services. Experience with shipping or mailing services; familiarity with PostalMate is a plus. Background in retail or customer service roles. Comfort with learning to handle multiple services and systems. Multilingual abilities are considered a bonus. Requirements Must successfully pass a background check and drug test. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift laundry bags weighing up to 40 pounds, and multitask effectively. Comfortable working independently with customers. Ability to use and operate a Windows computer. What We Offer Pay up to $15 per hour. Evening Shifts starting after 5 PM till 10:30 PM. Weekends, till midnight. Weekend availability is a must. A comfortable, clean, and safe work environment.
