Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84.000 - $105,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $84,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Employment Logistics: The Contracts Management Senior Specialist oversees the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with business objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties, mitigating contractual risk and supporting strategic initiatives through effective contract management, governance, and lifecycle oversight. Contract drafting, review & negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and other business contracts. Compliance & risk mitigation: Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; identify and mitigate contractual risks while providing clear guidance to stakeholders. Cross-functional contract alignment: Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align contract terms with business needs and objectives. Contract lifecycle & repository management: Maintain a centralized contract repository and manage contract lifecycle processes to ensure organization, accessibility, and visibility. Templates, playbooks & best practices: Develop and implement standardized templates, playbooks, and contract management best practices.
