Laser Operations Support Specialist (Fulfillment)

Are You the Detail-Driven Teammate We’re Looking For? Based in Middletown, OH, this role supports laser cutting operations and ensures every finished part is packed right and shipped on time. If checklists, precision, and teamwork motivate you, read on. Your Focus Areas Support laser setup and assist with machine operation using documented procedures. Verify output against quality standards throughout the production run. Pack finished goods securely and accurately, following internal packing guidelines. Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe to maximize throughput. Coordinate with the team to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines. Perform basic maintenance and initial troubleshooting on laser equipment when required. Comply with safety protocols and company policies at all times. Do You Check These Boxes? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is beneficial. Intro-level knowledge of laser processes is a plus; not mandatory.
