Landscape Maintenance & Outdoor Service Subcontractor

We are building additional contractor coverage in the Cleveland area and reviewing landscaping and outdoor-property-service companies that have room for more customer work. We are primarily interested in business owners, owner-operators, and existing crews that can independently complete project-based service requests. This is a subcontractor relationship. It is not an hourly W-2 landscaping position . Potential Project Categories Customer requests may include: Routine lawn and landscape maintenance Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Seasonal property cleanups Leaf removal Yard and outdoor debris cleanup Shrub and hedge trimming Mulch and bed preparation Landscape planting Sod installation Irrigation service Drainage and grading Tree and limb cleanup Storm-related property cleanup Hardscape and exterior improvements Snow removal and winter property service Your company can participate in the categories that match your capabilities. Contractor Flexibility We review contractors based on: Services performed Areas covered Pricing Availability Equipment Crew size Project capacity You are not required to accept every project. When a project matches your operation, you can review the scope and terms before deciding whether to take it. Pay Structure This is project-based compensation , not hourly pay. Typical smaller completed jobs may range from approximately $200–$1,500 , although actual compensation depends on the specific project. Larger jobs involving landscape installation, tree work, grading, drainage, hardscape, site cleanup, or other significant scopes may pay substantially more. There is no guaranteed number of jobs or guaranteed income.
