Land Development Purchasing Manager My client is looking for an experienced (5+ years) Land Development Purchasing Manager to work with their team in their Irvine office. Skills/experience: Ability to do quantity take offs Knowledge of unit pricing Value engineer CE plans Produce scopes of work Solicit/analyze bids from qualified sub contractors/vendors Build and maintain preliminary/final budgets Familiar with 'cost to complete' budgets on projects with some development completed.
