Profit-sharing plan Opportunities for continued skills development and career growth A close-knit team where your contributions matter What You'll Do Working alongside your team, you'll help keep our plastic extrusion process running smoothly while ensuring our products meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Support Plastic Extrusion: Assist with producing extruded plastic products and profiles. Monitor Product Quality: Inspect and test products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards. Handle Finished Products: Ensure finished products are properly coiled onto reels and handled according to production requirements. Process Scrap Material: Cut scrap material and operate a grinder as needed to support production. Monitor Equipment: Observe the production line and assist with equipment operation as trained. Handle Materials: Safely move materials throughout the facility and operate a forklift as needed. Maintain a Clean Work Area: Keep your workspace organized and follow established housekeeping procedures. Work Safely: Follow company safety procedures and contribute to our Safety-First culture. Support Your Team: Complete general production tasks and work collaboratively to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, attentive to detail, and willing to learn. Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow instructions and quality standards. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing production schedules as business needs evolve. Schedule & Availability We're currently hiring for two shifts: First Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. Our current schedules are subject to change as production needs evolve. Employees may transition to 12-hour shifts in the future. We're especially interested in candidates who are open to schedule changes and willing to adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule if business needs require it. Physical Requirements & Work Environment This position involves physical production work, including: Lifting up to 50 pounds. Standing and walking for extended periods. Bending, reaching, and grasping objects. Visual requirements, including seeing at a distance, up close, and distinguishing colors.
