Label Production & Fulfillment Technician

About the Role We're a specialty label manufacturer looking for a hands-on team member to run thermal transfer printing and fulfill customer orders. You'll keep production moving by printing, troubleshooting, and preparing artwork for output. Responsibilities Operate thermal transfer printers and produce custom label orders Print, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy Troubleshoot printer connectivity issues (USB, network, drivers, IP setup) Clean up images and adjust label layouts and artwork before printing Perform routine printer maintenance and replace ribbons and label stock Inspect print quality and resolve defects Requirements Experience with computers and basic networking (IP configuration, printer drivers, Wi-Fi/Ethernet troubleshooting) Working knowledge of image editing and layout tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or label design software such as BarTender) Strong attention to detail and keep clean and organized at all times Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Preferred Experience with thermal transfer or industrial label printers (Zebra, Datamax, etc.) Previous manufacturing or shipping/fulfillment experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: starts on $19.00 Will pay as independent contractor Location: [Chula Vista, Eastlake area] Pay: From $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
